IMTS 2024 – Inspiring The Extraordinary
Attention all manufacturing technology enthusiasts! Wenzel America is thrilled to announce our participation in this year’s International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS), taking place from September 9th to 14th in Chicago, Illinois. We can’t wait to showcase our cutting-edge CMM coordinate measuring machines and metrology solutions among the almost 2,000 vendors exhibiting over 15,000 new machine tools, controls, software, and much more.
Our latest CMM coordinate measuring machine innovations will be prominently featured in a few locations around McCormic Place, spread across two pavilions. Each space will highlight a different area of our metrology expertise – CMM coordinate measuring machines, gear measurement, gear testing, and 3D non-contact scanning. We are so excited for attendees to interact with the entire WENZEL America product range at these booths.
The main highlight of our showcase will be our flagship LH series coordinate measuring machines, which can be found at our booth #134718 in the QA Pavilion. We’ll be featuring StyliCleaner, the automated solution to remove dust or chips from coordinate measuring machines’ styli on our bridge CMMs. Visitors will also have the opportunity to experience our exaCT line of computed tomography scanners, and you’ll also get to see an industrial robot arm, on loan from our friends at FANUC, perform automated loading and unloading in seamless integration with our metrology process.
Advanced technology through innovative collaboration
In addition to our own booth, WENZEL will be supporting a few of our long-time partners in other locations around the expo. Stop by Verisurf Software in booth #134330 where our LH 108 coordinate measuring machine will be demonstrating the quality and versatility of their 3D metrology software.
At JKS/LEHMANN’s booth, WENZEL will be showcasing the precision and dedication to accuracy at the core of both companies. On display will be one of our flagship LH series bridge CMM’s, outfitted with one of LEHMANN’s rotary attachments. Don’t miss them in the West Building, Level 3, at booth #432453.
We are also thrilled to feature our partnership with Innovmetric, Inc. at their booth #134420 in the Quality Assurance section, where we’ll be showcasing our WENZEL XO55 coordinate measuring machine running their Polyworks Software suite.
